Job Summary
Sales Representative who performs Mass Save home energy assessments, models homes with energy efficiency software, and recommends energy-saving measures (insulation, LED lighting, high-efficiency HVAC). Responsible for initiating sales and securing service contracts, providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through paperwork, and installing energy-saving products (thermostats, water-saving devices, power strips) during assessments. Requires independent field-based work, strong organization, English communication skills, and knowledge of the Mass Save program. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with preferred Bachelor's degree; MA driver’s license; BPI Certification; and willingness to travel in a personal vehicle. Overview includes collaboration with internal divisions and ongoing product knowledge development.
