Job Summary
Sales Representative role focusing on inbound calls to sell, upsell, and cross-sell telecom products (Cable TV, Satellite TV, Internet, Phone) in a call-center environment. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs via active listening, delivering consultative product recommendations, documenting interactions, achieving KPIs through regular coaching, and handling 1:1 supervisor feedback. Requires 6+ months sales/BPO/call-center experience, ability to work in Kingston, Jamaica (6 AM–11 PM EST flexibility), and completion of pre-employment screenings. Required Qualifications
- You’re at least 18 years of age
- CXC/CAPE, at least 3 subjects including English A
- You must be able to work in Kingston (Constant Spring Rd)
- You can work between the hours of [6 AM and 11 PM EST], but have flexibility as business needs may change
- You have at least 6 months of Sales experience, 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
- You understand the value of coaching / feedback
- You have experience troubleshooting issues and understand the importance of owning the resolution for the customer
- You’re computer savvy, comfortable sitting at a desk and working with multiple monitors
- You’re results oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions
- You have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
