Job Summary
Sales Representative with a Bachelor’s degree in a bioscience field, based in Toronto with hybrid work flexibility, responsible for driving global sales for immunological reagents and IVD distribution. Duties include implementing sales strategies, developing and executing sales plans with supervision, providing market intelligence and forecasts, maintaining territory and customer records, pursuing new business opportunities, attending conferences and marketing events, conducting product demonstrations and trials, and ensuring compliance with Healgen standards and Code of Conduct. Requires proactive communication, strong sales history, ability to travel and coordinate with global teams, and willingness to work hybrid (office + home) with potential limited travel. Mandarin is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a bio-science discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of overachieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
