Job Summary
Sales Representative for Haleon in Thessaloniki delivering sell-in/sell-out targets and in-store visibility, driving execution of in-store initiatives, applying CRM/Trax tools to boost productivity, ensuring timely customer orders based on forecasting, setting up promotional materials, and collaborating with customer marketing. Requires knowledge of RTM and SFE KPIs, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a university degree (Economics/Business Administration) with 1-3 years of Field Sales experience; native Greek and fluent English. The role emphasizes in-store excellence, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to grow Haleon’s sales in the region.
Required Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Economics or Business Administration
- 1-3 years’ experience in Field Sales
- Native Greek and fluency in English
- Strong negotiation/influencing skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Results driven, resilience, problem solving and decision making
- Understanding of RTM and SFE KPIs
