Job Summary
Assess client needs and provide assistance with arch support fittings through hands-on demonstrations. Build strong client connections by delivering meaningful experiences and contributing to store sales goals. Engage with customers to offer Good Feet arch supports while partnering with upper management to ensure clients are well informed. Assist with employee recruiting and help train teammates to support the sales team. Demonstrate genuine openness to feedback and initiate self-development based on manager and peer input. Work alongside leaders to enhance store sales and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in customer service, sales and/or operations
- Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport and speak professionally with confidence
- Ability to foster and support a customer-focused environment
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Positive, approachable, and empathetic
- Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
