Job Summary
Assess client needs and provide arch support fittings through hands-on product demonstrations. Build strong client connections by engaging customers to offer Good Feet arch supports and contribute to store sales goals. Partner with teammates to enhance sales KPIs and assist with employee recruiting and training. Deliver meaningful client experiences while maintaining positive interactions and representing company values. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a values-driven specialty retail team focused on improving client well-being through proprietary health products.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interest in customer service, sales and/or operations.
- Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport and speak professionally with confidence.
