Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to connect with customers, educate them on products, and identify upsell opportunities. Understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions, use internal systems to manage accounts and process transactions, and research or resolve issues by coordinating with other departments. Accurately document interactions while adhering to scripts, policies, and compliance standards, escalating complex problems to supervisors as needed. Maintain confidentiality, stay current with training and system updates, and meet attendance expectations. This role supports global campaigns for major brands within a fast-growing tech-enabled business services organization.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
