Sales Representative (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Job Summary
Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally while educating customers on products, identifying upsell opportunities, and recommending tailored solutions based on their needs. Use internal systems to manage accounts, process transactions accurately, and document interactions while adhering to scripts, policies, and compliance standards. Research and resolve customer issues by coordinating with other departments as needed, escalating complex matters to supervisors, and maintaining confidentiality for all sensitive information. Stay current with training updates and system changes while meeting attendance and scheduling expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
