Job Summary
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers, promoting products and services while identifying upsell opportunities. Understand customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, research and resolve issues by coordinating with other departments, and escalate complex problems to supervisors. Use internal systems to manage accounts, process transactions accurately, and document interactions while adhering to scripts, policies, and compliance standards. Maintain confidentiality and stay current with training updates.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Must be able to move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
