Job Summary
Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally while educating customers on products and services to identify upsell opportunities. Understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions and use internal systems to manage accounts and process transactions accurately. Research and resolve customer issues by coordinating with other departments, then accurately document all interactions while adhering to scripts, policies, and compliance standards. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and escalate complex problems to supervisors as needed. Stay current with training updates and system changes to support the organization's global expansion in customer experience and business process outsourcing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
