Job Summary
New Business Food Service Sales Representative (FSR) responsible for driving sales growth in the PCNY region by acquiring new accounts, expanding relationships with key customers, and executing sales and service strategies. Utilizes cold-calling, data-driven insights, and strategic partnerships to identify opportunities, coordinate equipment installation, manage a portfolio of key accounts, provide timely service issue resolution, and upsell to meet annual targets. Must conduct extensive client outreach (e.g., ~40 follow-up calls per week), leverage beverage and fountain equipment knowledge, and collaborate with marketing efforts to bundle food options with beverage portfolios. Strong communication, relationship-building, and accountability are essential to success, with a focus on delivering superior service and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the food service or consumer packaged goods industry is preferred
- Ability and willingness to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
