Job Summary
Develop and grow a defined sales territory focused on forestry equipment sales and rentals by actively prospecting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing accounts. Visit customer sites to evaluate needs, recommend equipment solutions, and demonstrate capabilities in real-world job site environments. Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools while partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences. Understand and clearly explain financing and purchasing options to drive results. Travel regularly throughout your assigned region to support customers, maintaining a clean driving record and flexibility for extended hours. Earn a base plus commission structure ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 with unlimited earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- Field-based sales experience (B2B, equipment, construction, forestry, or adjacent industries preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, build, and manage a sales territory
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive, accountability, and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic business software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to operate or learn heavy equipment
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed
- Flexibility to meet customer schedules, including occasional extended hours
- Background check
