Job Summary
Sales Representative – Foodservice in the Mid-Atlantic through Northeast, driving FOODMatch’s Foodservice sales by nurturing existing customers and distribution partners, identifying and penetrating new accounts, introducing new products and marketing campaigns, coordinating promotions and trade show participation, and supporting regional growth with travel and collaboration across distributors, brokers, and the NY office team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3+ years of relevant Sales Experience
- Foodservice experience preferred; a passion for food is essential
- Strong sales skills and product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, strategic thinker
- Willingness to take initiative
- Competitive, driven to be the best
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Travel required: moderate to significant
