Job Summary
Sales Representative – Food role focused on driving full sales cycle for Vantage’s Food unit, with remote work and a travel-heavy schedule (25–50%+). Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, opportunity development, and closing; serving as Voice of the Customer; delivering market insights; developing account strategies; managing the opportunity pipeline via CRM; cross-functional collaboration; and supporting accounting/customer service in issue resolution. Requires strong sales acumen, value-based selling, relationship-building, proactive communication, planning and organization, and willingness to travel. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related technical field preferred. Experience: 1–5 years in a commercial role; knowledge of food or chemical production/manufacturing preferred. Salary range: $75,000–$100,000 annually with eligible short-term incentive program.
