Job Summary
Develop a commercial customer base through direct cold calls and acquire new clients by subcontracting from cleaning, maintenance, and property management firms. Build a residential client list via referrals from commercial accounts, subcontracting from maid services, personal contacts, and community networking groups. Secure new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates provided on site or to key contacts made during direct sales efforts. Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals. Requires a friendly, outgoing personality, strong communication skills, on-site estimate preparation, and a driver's license. No nights or weekends; on-the-job training provided.
