Job Summary
Develop a commercial customer base through direct cold calls and acquire new clients by subcontracting from cleaning, maintenance, and property management firms. Build a residential portfolio by leveraging commercial referrals, maid service subcontractors, personal contacts, and community networking groups. Secure new commercial and residential accounts via follow-up phone calls for written estimates provided on site. Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals while maintaining excellent communication skills and organizational abilities. No nights or weekends required; on-the-job training provided with commission and bonus opportunities.
