Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in facility services, prospect and qualify leads within a California territory, use CRM to identify and close new business, meet weekly/quarterly/annual sales goals, and participate in a structured training program with certification. Role emphasizes cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing; requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office and CMS. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field; prior 1+ year of B2B sales experience. Compensation includes base salary plus commissions, car allowance, and benefits.
