Job Summary
Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory while utilizing the CRM to identify, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. Apply skills from the Cintas Sales Training Program to execute cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing. This outside sales role supports customers with facility services solutions, including uniforms, safety products, and workplace water services. You will work full-time in the 1st Shift with a competitive base salary plus unlimited commission and quarterly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
- Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
