Job Summary
Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowner needs for roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and doors, then present and demonstrate Exterior Point's exterior remodeling products with confidence. Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners daily within your radius to deliver tailored solutions, while building strong customer relationships and addressing questions or concerns. No cold-calling or lead generation required; all appointments are sourced and pre-confirmed by our internal team. This full-time W2 role offers an average first-year compensation of $120k–$200k+ with no cap, designed for ambitious sales professionals seeking rapid career growth and financial rewards in a high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in sales
- Strong background in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
