Job Summary
Conduct sales for pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery services, property, and merchandise while assisting families with selections and attending services. Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting to meet targets. Maintain a valid driver's license for offsite client meetings and community events, utilizing a CRM for lead management and MS Office for daily operations. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales
- 1 year of sales experience
- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system)
