Sales Representative, Ethnic Retail Grocery

Job Summary
Achieve monthly and yearly sales KPIs for assigned stores by visiting locations on a set call cycle to execute sell-in plans and place orders that optimize stock levels. Coordinate sales operations with internal teams regarding deliveries, collections, and customer inquiries while maintaining effective business relationships. Monitor market trends and intelligence to inform sales strategies, ensuring store range compliance and implementing promotional programs. Perform merchandising duties to keep products neat, check date codes, rotate stock, and verify quality to report any discrepancies. Report on store closures or openings to the Line Sales Supervisor and travel inter-state as relief staff when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English
- A current Australian driver's license
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Desired Qualifications
- Verbal and written communications skills in Vietnamese is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
