Job Summary
Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email, and customer visits while maintaining accurate records and an organized work environment. Provide support to a team of sales reps for both inside and outside sales efforts, coordinating with representatives to respond quickly to customer needs, requests, and problems. Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships. This entry-level role targets promotion into 100% sales within 9–12 months for those with prior customer service experience. Join Bisco Industries, a top 20 distributor of electronic components and specialty fasteners, to serve Fortune 500 companies across North America and the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Willingness to work Onsite, Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM with an hour lunch

- Prior inside sales experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
