Job Summary
Entry-level Sales Representative role supporting inside sales and management to deliver excellent customer service and establish new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include assisting inside sales and management, maintaining customer service excellence, coordinating with sales reps to respond to customer needs, and pursuing entry-level sales responsibilities with the goal of promotion to full-time sales in 9–12 months. Requires willingness to learn about Bisco Industries, pass a background check, and have a valid driver’s license; US citizenship or permanent residency is required. Includes competitive base hourly pay with monthly bonus, benefits, and upward mobility.
