Job Summary
Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email, and customer visits while maintaining accurate records and an organized work environment. Coordinate with sales representatives to respond quickly to customer needs, requests, and problems. Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships. Support both inside and outside sales efforts as an entry-level sales representative with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months. This role is onsite, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with an hour lunch.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work Onsite, Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM with an hour lunch
Desired Qualifications
- Prior inside sales experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities
- History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community
