Job Summary
Sales Representative at Lilly responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet individual and team targets, identifying potential customers in the pharmaceutical sector, effectively presenting Lilly products and services to doctors and health professionals, maintaining solid relationships with existing customers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and providing market feedback. The role requires travel, fluency in Catalan, strong communication and negotiation skills, proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to work in demanding environments. The position emphasizes building relationships with key clients, achieving sales objectives, and contributing to Lilly’s mission to improve patient outcomes across the globe.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Health Sciences or postgraduate in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Fluency in Catalan
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Results-oriented with sales targets
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
