Sales Representative

Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with the right Sleep Number products; clearly explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals. Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, focusing on building relationships to generate repeat and new business. Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience; participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills. Strong communication, goal-oriented, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends. Comfortable with CRM systems, POS technology, and interactive tools (e.g., iPads, apps); able to work independently with teammates. You bring 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; preferred: experience in consultative or relationship-based sales in a commission-driven environment.
