Sales Representative

Discover Sleep Number’s customer-centered sales role by identifying each customer’s sleep needs and matching them with the right Sleep Number products. Drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals through outbound calls, relationship-building, and proactive prospect nurturing. Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience; participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills. Strong communication, goal-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends. 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience required. Preferred: experience in consultative or relationship-based sales in a commission-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, POS, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps). Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
