Sales Representative

Sales Representatives identify customers' sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products, clearly explain product benefits and current promotions, and deliver personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals. They proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, focus on building relationships to generate repeat and new business, and work with the team to maintain a polished showroom and exceptional store experience. The role includes participating in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills and requires strong communication, goal-orientation, customer focus, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
