Sales Representative

Sell Sleep Number products by identifying each customer’s sleep needs and matching them with the right Sleep Number solutions. Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized showroom experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals. Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships that generate repeat and new business. Maintain a polished showroom and participate in sales practice training and coaching. Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication, customer-focused attitude, ability to work independently while collaborating with a team, and familiarity with CRM systems and POS tools (e.g., iPads, apps). High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred; commission-based earnings with guaranteed base pay and uncapped commission potential.
