Sales Representative – Earthmoving Heavy Equipment

Job Summary
Develop and manage your heavy equipment sales territory by prospecting new customers and expanding existing accounts. Conduct job site visits and equipment demonstrations to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions for compact to large products. Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in CRM systems while educating clients on purchasing, financing, and rental options. Travel regularly throughout your assigned region in Orange, Caledonia, Rockingham, Grafton counties. Base salary is $48,000 with a monthly commission structure offering six-figure earning potential. Vehicle reimbursement, fuel card, and company-provided tools are included.
Required Qualifications
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic

- 2 to 10+ years of sales experience
- Strong QUESTIONING techniques that drive business conversations (Discovery/PAIN)
- Eager to embrace technology (cell phones, i-Pads, CRM, etc.)
- Hungry to learn and an ability to apply new knowledge
- Travel regularly throughout your assigned territory
- A background check and drug test are required as part of our pre-employment process
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for/Knowledge of heavy equipment (Skid Steers, Excavators, Loaders, Bull Dozers) a plus
- Experience with general contractor's, excavators and landscapers a plus
- Solid leadership qualities (examples of initiative)
