Job Summary
Lead sales efforts within your designated territory to drive growth and expand the adoption of Medtronic's ENT solutions by building partnerships with surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff. Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical advantages of Medtronic's ENT products through comprehensive product demonstrations and in-procedure support, acting as a trusted resource in the operating room. Identify new sales opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and increase market share while maintaining accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and expenses. This role requires fluency in Dutch and English, willingness to travel across the South of the Netherlands and abroad, and a commitment to reporting to the Senior Sales Supervisor Benelux.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, show resilience and drive results in a competitive environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with operating room protocols and hospital purchasing processes
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel within own territory and the Netherlands, and exceptionally abroad
- Ability to comply with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support
