Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research; develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions; present and promote company products and services to prospective clients; negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets; monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies; collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences; maintain accurate records in CRM systems; provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions; attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and generate leads.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills
