Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth in assigned DSD IO territories by establishing and maintaining relationships with independent operators, store managers, and key customer decision makers; achieve sales budgets, provide high-quality customer service, identify leads and manage prospects, plan route organization, prepare selling plans with in-depth knowledge of retail customers and product portfolio, review weekly OOS reports, communicate with the Division Sales Manager on activities and progress, conduct regular customer visits to secure incremental space/displays, ensure proper product rotation and IO warehouse compliance, follow company procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in DSD/Retail or field-based sales role.
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR record.
- Must be able to carry 20 to 40 pounds.
- Must be available to run a route in the event of a planned or unplanned disruption.
- Must be able to always maintain vehicle and/or truck clean.
