Interact with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase; present vehicle attributes, model options, and finance/purchase options; ensure follow-up and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers; be trained on products offered; work with store-specific management system; attend product and training courses; celebrate a high-energy, growth-focused environment with opportunities for advancement; commission-based earnings with weekend scheduling; must have reliable demeanor, strong communication, and ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
- Dealership/automotive sales experience is a must in this role
- Prior Toyota experience preferred but not required
