Job Summary
Auto Sales Representative role at Lithia & Driveway Lithia: Interact with customers to guide vehicle purchases, present vehicle attributes, model options, and financing/policy details; follow up with customers to build lifelong relationships; maintain and utilize dealership CRM to track customers; stay informed about products, features, and accessories; participate in training and development to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person, online, or hybrid channels. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive compensation with earnings potential from $45,000 to $125,000 annually, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence
