Job Summary
Prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, in-person canvassing, and social selling to identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, schedule appointments, and conduct customer meetings to perform needs assessments. Present customized technology solutions to business owners and executives, then prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business. Build long-term customer relationships while collaborating with Sales Managers to execute territory growth strategies and track activity accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally throughout the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Prospecting, appointment setting, or outside sales experience
- Full-time opportunities during regular business hours
- Office, field, and customer site environments depending on role
- Frequent local travel throughout the assigned territory
- Occasional evening or additional hours may be required to support customer and business needs
- This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, driving, computer use, and occasional lifting or moving of materials weighing up to 50 pounds with appropriate assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles preferred
- Prospecting, appointment setting, or outside sales experience is a plus
