Job Summary
Sales Representative (AI-Native SDR) to execute outbound sales campaigns across multiple channels, build targeted prospect lists using AI tools, identify and engage key decision-makers, generate and qualify leads, book meetings for the sales team, and continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies. This remote, full-time role focuses on AI-enabled prospecting across Sustainability / Carbon Accounting and AI Governance product lines, requiring strong communication skills, high-volume outreach, and independent work in a remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude) and data platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
- Strong ability to build lists, synthesize contact data, and personalize outreach
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable executing a high-volume, multi-channel outreach strategy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
