Job Summary
Manage and grow existing retail accounts by increasing sales, developing new business through cold calls and drop-ins, and conducting wholesale negotiations with dispensary buyers. Educate dispensaries and budtenders on products and brand offerings while building a strong sales pipeline to convert prospects into customers. Track daily activities, provide weekly reports to management, and collaborate with the team to strategize growth opportunities. Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and attend industry events to expand your professional network as the main point of contact for buyers and partners. Requires a reliable vehicle, daily travel, and age 21 or older.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Existing relationships within the cannabis retail or wholesale space
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable with cold calling, in-person visits, and relationship-based sales
- Ability to understand client needs and adapt sales approach accordingly
- Passion for sales, customer satisfaction, and the cannabis industry
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel daily
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid documentation verifying their authorization to work in the U.S.
