Sales Representative cum Relief Driver

Sales Representative and Relief Driver responsibilities include maintaining handheld and printer devices, loading and organizing stock, following a defined sales route to visit customers, executing sales transactions using the 7 Steps (greet, scan, stock check, take order, deliver, collect, merchandise, thank), retaining copies of Tax Invoice/Receipt/Goods Return Note with customer stamp, handling cash/cheques and ensuring timely deposits, and adhering to company rules (no unrelated items, discipline, overnight trips when required). Duties also cover stock requests by 7.30am, stock loading, stock segregation, stock verification, and reporting to the Branch Manager/Executive. The role requires daily grooming standards, compliance with vehicle usage rules, and strict avoidance of banned substances. Education preference is SPM or equivalent, with duties spanning both Sales Representative and Relief Driver tasks, including driving a company lorry when assigned and adhering to all safety and operational protocols.
