Job Summary
Sales Representative for digital marketing solutions targeting SMB owners. Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media; consultative selling to understand client goals and present customized digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, social media, and website development); account management and onboarding coordination; meeting monthly targets and KPIs; delivering compelling proposals and negotiating contracts; maintaining CRM records and providing regular sales reports. Requires strong communication, relationship-building with business owners, and ability to demonstrate ROI of digital marketing services.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Sales Experience: 2–5+ years in a sales role, preferably selling to SMBs or in digital marketing
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management tools for tracking sales pipelines and client interactions
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and their impact on business growth
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, web design)
