Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in construction supply, responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline, developing new business through cold calling and networking, growing customer accounts, coordinating deliveries, and presenting tailored proposals. Requires field presence, strong customer relations, ability to meet/exceed sales targets, and knowledge of tools/fasteners/jobsite supplies; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; minimum 1+ year sales or BD experience and valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Base salary with uncapped commission, benefits, and a family-oriented team culture. Location: Tacoma, WA; schedule Monday–Friday; in-person role with field-focused responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or business development experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
- Established industry network or strong ability to build one
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
