Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in Portland, OR who thrives in the field, builds strong customer relationships, and drives growth. Responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets, developing new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach, managing and growing customer accounts, coordinating deliveries and ensuring follow-through, presenting tailored proposals aligned with customer needs, and staying informed on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments. Requires significant time in the field, with emphasis on field-based relationship building and effective communication to support contractors and manufacturers. Skills include excellent verbal and written communication, self-motivation, attention to detail, solution-driven mindset, and the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
