Sales Representative Construction Supply

Outside Sales Representative in construction supply, focused on building and managing a sales pipeline, developing new business via cold calling, networking, and community outreach, and growing existing customer accounts. The role requires coordinating deliveries and ensuring follow-through, presenting tailored proposals aligned with customer needs, and staying informed on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments. Expect significant time in the field building relationships with contractors and manufacturers. Qualifications include 1+ years of sales or business development experience (construction/industrial supply preferred), a valid driver’s license, mechanical aptitude with tools/fasteners/jobsite supplies, an established industry network, and strong verbal/written communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus). A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required. This position is based in Winchester, VA, and operates on a Monday–Friday schedule with a base salary plus uncapped commission, benefits, and a family-oriented culture.
