Job Summary
Sales Representative for commercial roofing in Philadelphia focused on building long-term B2B relationships and selling repair, service, maintenance, and replacement solutions. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities with building owners and facility managers, developing client relationships across commercial/industrial/institutional markets, conducting roof inspections, preparing proposals, delivering tailored solutions, collaborating with operations and service teams to ensure project success, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets with accurate pipeline reporting. Required: 3+ years in commercial roofing sales (preferred), strong knowledge of low-slope roofing, ability to work independently, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in the commercial roofing industry preferred
- Strong understanding of low-slope roofing systems; knowledge of additional systems a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record in B2B sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to work independently
