Job Summary
Sales Representative – Commercial Printing role focusing on developing new business and managing existing accounts in the commercial printing space. Responsibilities include identifying and closing opportunities across digital, offset, large format, signage, and packaging solutions; cultivating long-term client relationships; managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; and meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals. Must have 3+ years in commercial printing sales or related experience with hunter or account management background, strong communication/negotiation/relationship-building skills, self-motivation, and familiarity with a range of print solutions. Roles are nationwide with remote or hybrid opportunities and potential relocation or travel depending on the role. Compensation typically ranges from $50,000–$80,000 per year base plus commissions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial printing sales or closely related field
- proven success in hunter or account management roles within the print industry
- excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
