Job Summary
As a Sales Representative (Closer), you will be responsible for selling scaling workshop tickets to prospective clients, requiring a minimum sales target of 60 tickets per month and a close rate of at least 45%. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in transactional sales, a strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills. Daily sales training and 1-1 coaching will be provided, along with performance-based career growth opportunities and uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in transactional sales
- Proven track record of high performance in sales
- Ability to maintain a 45% close rate
- Willingness to work Monday-Saturday
