Job Summary
Promote and sell Stryker Sports Medicine products while acting as a subject matter expert to educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product usage and maintenance. Conduct leading sales pitches, demo meetings, and trade show participation to analyze market territory, manage inventory reports, and negotiate transaction terms. Solve product problems for customers and perform direct product evaluations in operating rooms or office settings to drive growth in sports medicine sales. This role requires 2-5 years of outside sales experience, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to drive, with a 30% travel expectation.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience working in an outside sales position
- Medical related fields preferred
- A minimum education level of a bachelor's degree or equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience including operating room experience
- Must be able to drive an automobile
