Job Summary
Sales Representative in Chengdu responsible for delivering and leading national sales plans to achieve revenue targets; oversee intermediary activities, manage country/product line, coordinate team direction, develop sales and marketing initiatives, and maintain relationships with third parties (travel agencies, corporate customers, governmental authorities) to strengthen brand positioning. Tasks include governing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, engaging with Etihad partners for joint negotiations, defining local sales channel strategy, and reviewing sales incentives to recognize targets. Requires High School with 3 years relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year relevant experience, plus at least 2 years in a managerial role, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School with 3 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelors Degree with 1 years relevant work experience
- Experience out of which 2 years should be at Managerial level
