Job Summary
Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers, then identify specific needs and utilize Champion's proven sales methodology to negotiate and close deals. Engage in daily sales and training meetings while coaching sessions are provided. This role offers unlimited earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 plus a first-year bonus, with pre-qualified appointments supplied to eliminate cold calling. The position includes a robust W-2 benefits package featuring health, dental, and 401(k) coverage.
