Sales Representative - Central Coast - Emergency Care (Hospital)

Sales Representative for Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products (Defibrillators, AEDs, Chest Compression systems) focused on promoting and selling to hospital customers. Responsibilities include meeting assigned quota through consultative Hospital sales, marketing and clinical demonstrations, building relationships with nurses, medical directors and administrators, negotiating pricing and managing orders, staying informed on industry trends and competitive activity, and collaborating with marketing and support teams to drive growth. Requires experience in sales or clinical settings, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), valid driver’s license, ability to travel ~50%, and a role that includes field-based activities with remote/hybrid/onsite flexibility.
